LACK OF CONCENTRATION
Firstly, losing one’s focus and feeling distracted is a normal and periodic occurrence in our lives. But persistent absences of lack of concentration or difficulty in channelizing thoughts are signs of a chronic condition that needs to be addressed on priority.
Every Olympic athlete, star student, extremely successful professional are at the pinnacle of their career because of their ability to concentrate on the task at hand. Hence, everyone can improve their concentration with proper guidance.
Excessive difficulty in concentrating and wandering thoughts are also suggestive of certain physical or psychological disorders. A hallmark situation is well known by the name of Attention Deficit hyperactivity disorder affecting children as well as adults equally. Endocrinological disorders can also cause poor cognitive functioning of the brain.
With proper guidance and counselling, we can increase our level of Concentration. Hence, it is important to know, that it is not a disease.
