Follow a schedule.

Each Sunday, before school begins for the week, plan your child’s schedule.

Teach your child to Avoid procrastination.

Homework and class projects should be done well in advance for the least amount of stress.

Ready your child’s uniform.

Slightly expensive, but have enough sets of uniform for each day of the week. On Sunday, ready the weekly school uniform wardrobe. Trying to hunt for a clean uniform is a big source of stress and unhappiness, especially so early in the morning

Make time for some fun with your child.

Academics are very important but to plan some fun activities are just as important. All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy!

Have your child Keep a “done list.

“To-do” lists, are good, but striking off completed tasks is even more fun.

Encourage your child to Participate in class.

The more you participate in life the more you enjoy.

Talk about things that are bothering them.

Talk to you child, if she fakes not wanting to go to school, find out what is bothering her. Thus, talk to you child about their feelings.
